My game is stuck or says "Generation failed"

Deep breath. This is almost always a little hiccup on our side, not something you did. Just hit retry. And good news: a failed build does not cost you credits.

Try this

  1. Hit retry (the little circle arrow by the box). It runs your idea again, no retyping.

  2. If it fails again, wait a minute and try once more. These usually clear up fast.

  3. Still no luck? Try a shorter, simpler idea. You can add more once it works.

    Still stuck? Send us your Run ID (under your avatar, Help and Support) and we will jump in.

  4. Stuck a long time on a step like "Fetching assets," "Uploading artifact," or "Construction"? Same hiccup. Press Stop, then hit retry.
